FINALLY! Someone asked! I can now do a little bragging O.o

i7 7700k 4.2GHz (I don't overclock)
MSI Z270 SLI Plus
32GB DDR4 2400Hz
NVIDIA GTX 1080

I have the latest and greatest modem that my ISP provides as well as paying them $100 per month just for internet service 30 - 35MB download (at this moment 37MB)

My next purchase is the Asus ROG 27" NVIDIA G-Sync Gaming Monitor 165Hz

XIDAX x-6 (with some extras added)

You need competition in your area. Another ISP moved into our neighborhood last year offering gigabit fiber for $30/month and free installation, locked in for 3 years. I was the first person on the block to get it put in. NEVER going back to cable internet after this. :)

Color me jealous!!! I've been wanting what you already have for many years now. Fingers crossed! I was informed that in May Gigablast would be available in my area for only $125 per month! Since I'm already paying $100 whats another $25?

Lots of patience.

PS: My upload is about a tenth of that. You can figure I am not creating much content due to that (my hardware is more than suitable for that, though).

Hehe! Yeah... I dont buy up the plans on my ISP, because I just don't need it. Everything I'm constantly uploading to our servers, is stuff meant to be optimized and quick to download (small pngs/jpgs, tons and tons of lines of code). So... yeah. If I was a bewbtewb'r, or something along those lines, I would be screaming bloody murder at my slow up-rates.

Oh my :(

Our gigaflip is $115/mo ... far more than I want to pay. But ouch, $150 for just 350 ? :(

Seriously? I pay £26 a month off EE for 76mbit download. Avg is actually around 80mbit.. when it works.. steam seems to have issues downloading sometimes.

That's a really nice pc, the msi Z270 is a nice mb.  Not sure about the 32 ram tho, planning on making huge videos? Or hosting some resource hungry games?

And the GITX 1080 goes without saying ;)

The ram was so inexpensive it would have been foolish not to get that much despite the fact it may be some time before I can use it
