Summary:
1.15.58.0 - Steam - Soil centrifuge stopped working

Description:
Soil centrifuge stopped working when I started the cycle and then popped it out of the medium platform B to turn it around. After I placed it back on the platform it doesn't work any more. The button, which should start/stop centrifuge cycle is no longer there. The button of repeating the process was also absent. Arrows for selecting the resource are present but unclickable. Resource stuck on quartz. Placing on different platform didn't help. Going back to menu fixed "repeat" button, but the centrifuge still doesn't work. When I press the "repeat" button it shows stop/start button, but it does nothing. Turning game off/on doesn't help either. Reconnecting power cables to the platform doesn't work as well.

Woarkaround:

Use packager to pack/unpack.

Notes: I was on Glacio and spent like 30 minutes looking for graphite for the packager and found only 1 bit in a fallen ship! Moral of the story - never leave your home planet without a packager.

This has now happened to me twice.

Both times, it happens when the centrifuge puts the soil into its containers and power goes out just before it starts to spin.

When the power comes back on, it has a conflict:  the power button is disabled because there is no soil in its upper part, but, it is meant to spin but the power button can't be pressed to get it to do so.  It won't put more soil into the upper part because it has soil in its spinning containers.

There is no problem if the power goes out once it has started to spin.  It continues to complete the spin cycle when power returns.
