Terrain tool cannot be used after flying to another planet - dedicated server

After flying to another planet in a small or medium rocket the E key does not work anymore. The terraint tool cannot be selected or used. Clicking on the terrain tool while the backpack is opened will allow to access the terrain tool item slots. Closing the backpack however does not close the terrain tool access view. It also cannot be closed using the E key. This happens on a hosted dedicated server after about 50% of all rocket landings.

+1 for this. On self-hosted dedicated server this happens from time to time, usually at about 2-3 travel.
