I now have issues of my items and rovers falling through the surface when I am using the flattener or digging tool. they just drop out of sight and never to be seen again...…..?

This has been an issue for a while. I have the same issue, even without terrain modification.

I have the same issue. I've lost 2 complete trains, one loaded with resources, right through the ground. I'm going to try leaving my vehicle far away and tethering over to dig.

I noticed the same thing, and was able to retrieve by digging below where my lost rover was located. I notice that this did not happen as much if I parked further away from where I was modifying the terrain.

Yes it's a circle around the player that has asset loading and possibly position loading issues. Major physics issues with lack of perimeters for the game engine it's using. Hope they stop pushing content and fix at minimum the physics, a new item isn't very fun when it's going to disappear anyway, logic.....

Unfortunately, sinking items have become normal since 1.0! So far, the error has not been resolved!

+1

I'm lost two tractors with 3-3 trailers and stuff when I drilling next to them. (v1.1)
