Summary:
1.0.7 - Steam - Astroneer doesn't launch unless shutdown by Task Manager

Description: 
Once you finished playing Astroneer and you 'Quit and Save' the game. I can't launch Astroneer again. To launch it I have to go to Task Manager and find the process in the Steambootloader and end the task, before I can launch again.
