Binoculars Tech

I would truly love to see a Binocular tech..... Once researched has 3 slots just like the terrain tool.....   The tool gets a energy cool down, The tool gives the player 2x range to see what's over the mountain.......

Binoculars x2 vision......Plus Wide Augment = x4 range

Binoculars x2 vision..... Plus Narrow Augment = x 8 range but narrow view

Binoculars x2 vision..... Plus Inhibiter Augment = Find Tech

Binoculars x2 vision...... Plus Terrain Analyzer = can see a short distance underground

Add a sm battery and double the cool down power

and so on.... Hiking to the top of a mountain would be ever so much more fun and would promote the mighty 'Explore' I keep hearing about.

+1 Seems like such a great way to promote exploring the planets. Plus they could take time to "focus" which gives the game time to render the target range.

Same idea could apply to telescopes. First to look at landing zones in more detail from orbit then perhaps even from another planet surface?

You should first understand the concept of inhibitor tho, it's function is to disable a module's primary function, not add new ability to it.

Overall... it's an okay suggestion
