  1. Summary: "Purple Egg" objects on Vesania causing problems Description: I have a base on Vesania on the surface, and I was digging around it and I guess I dug up one of the purple eggs, which are solid and cannot be moved or dug through. Due to gravity or wind or something, these large objects ended up on top of my base. Normally these aesthetic pieces despawn after a time when tampered with, , but these did not and as mentioned above I have no method of moving them. They're almost on top of my base and I believe are covering up a natural landing platform. They were also an issue when I was traversing the surface of Vesania with a rover w/ drill attached, as my rover flipped into one and got stuck for a while (I was eventually able to wiggle it loose). While these objects do add a nice aesthetic to the surface of the planet, they clearly cause issues when they end up on top of a base or get in the way. Platform: Steam Version / Build Number: Current content BuildID: 4909041 Specifications: OS: Windows 10 CPU: Intel Core i5-6400 Processor GPU: GeForce GTX 950 SSC Gaming, ACX 2.0 2GB PCI-E RAM: 8GB Drive: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB
  2. I've seen them on all the other planets (and moons), but I've never seen any on Vesania, for some reason. This is holding back my progress on the holiday content, since I'm currently on Vesania and intend to stay there for a while.
  3. When I was unlocking vesania a while back (around march I believe), I awakened the core, but got no achievement or suit/pallet in return. I went and awakened all the surface nodes, and still no result. I tried making a new save file and re-doing it, but still nothing. I tried it again just now, but still nothing. I even made a new account and tried it there, and got the achievement and suit, but only on that account, and not my main account, Talon2060 (xbox) I even have the galactic suit and pallet unlocked to prove that I went to vesania and brought the cores back to the satellite. (image of my suits attached so you can see the galactic suit without exotic suit.) I have found absolutely nobody with this same glitch, and it really sucks that I cannot get the OverAchiever achievement no matter what I do, unless if you help. Thanks.
  4. Yaaaay! I finally awakened Vesania!!!!
  5. While drilling to the center of Vesania, I got close to the center (far down, very light gravity) and went to save my game on the surface. Since xbox tends to crash about 1 in 4 saves, I want to save often so as not to lose a lot of work. Save was successful, but on the way down, the game crashed. I tried walking, sliding, rebooting my Xbox several times, and I checked my wifi connection. After several hours of trying to get back to where I was, I relocated to another area on the planet and tried again. I reached about the same level in the planet and once again the game crashes as I'm trying to get back down to that level after I save. It is literally impossible for me to get to the planet center of Vesania. I have patch 1.0.15.0. I am not using tethers at all for this journey. It says you get the crash logs from Xbox, so you should see dozens from me on Saturday and some more from me today. This is frustrating as it is a complete stoping point, not just an annoyance at frequent crashing.
  6. OK, had the same issue at 1.0.9.0. Decided to start a clean game after 1.0.13.0 dropped. All went well until Vesania. I did the planets in a different order this time hoping for the best. This time, just as with last time Vesania killed me. I opened node 2, then 5, then 1. After opening 1 the system will claim to save my game. The Xbox will even do it's game stutter like it is saving a file. It even updates my save file name when I change it. But alas, it is all a lie. It will not update the file any longer. I also still have the random crashing with using any save game option late game. It seems to hate the rover seat more than most, but any option will do. On a side note, LOVE the game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just hope the fixes come at reasonable intervals.
  7. Mouse and keyboard, Steam. Up to this point, I am trying to "beat" all the planets, and my next target was Vesania, to which I flew over in the large shuttle and it got to the screen where I circled around the planet to choose my landing spot. At which point, I immediately saw one that was super close to a Gateway Chamber, and clicked on it, but the only thing that happened was the shuttle did some barrel rolls and the camera did a couple 180s, and I ended up still floating in space in the shuttle and the game still consumed my fuel for landing when I really didn't. Have no idea how you could repeat this, but only a minor inconvenience, and the spot highlighted in the pic is the space I tried landing at. I had to go around the planet after it stopped doing this animation of going nowhere, and when I clicked on the same spot, it actually went to it this time.
  8. The giant bulbous things on Vesania are a major problem. They're everywhere & don't despawn when dug up. I've been using a large rover with tier 3 drills to get around on Vesania, while trying to activate all the gates, & these stupid obstacles make it nearly impossible to navigate. Often they will spaz out & fly up into the air, then come crashing down on my rover, which is then unable to move. Apparently these things are made of solid iron. The large rover can't so much as nudge them. Things were better on Vesania when they had no collision. Now they're just a nuisance.
  9. Mouse/keyboard Steam on Windows 10 What were you doing leading up to this bug? Multiplayer guest driving a buggy on Vesania Two small windmills attached and operating for power Buggy flipped Occupant was stuck partially in the ground and couldn't eject He left my server and rejoined Upon rejoining, he was stuck in space in the same space station that is on the loading screen No ability to leave the space station Attempts to fix Guest left and rejoined several times Host closed the game and reloaded Closed and exited the game completely several times Tried to adjust their space suit and colors Had the host drive to and flip the stuck buggy Guest is still stuck in space station orbiting Vesania (images attached) Help....

  11. Fist of all: we love this game! Sadly we can't play it anymore. This is how vesania looks to me and my mate: And this happens a lot, but at this planet in such hugh amount that you can't longer just walk around. Also I can't build anything(I'm not hosting the game).
  12. I’ve gone down all the way to the core but I can’t find any graphite on vesania, the wiki says it’s a primary resource on that planet but I can’t find it anywhere. pls help
  13. PC+Keyboard+Steam user Recently landed on Vesania in search of lithium, was greeted by the "rocks" "masses" "plants" (???) that are egg-shaped and have little holes in them. Will attach a picture. I figured they were like stalactites in that if you dig them up they would disappear. Immediately walked through one on accident. After playing, logging out, coming back a day later, and testing over time I've found that none of them have a collision barrier, you can just walk through them. Really hoping this isn't intended, it's super disorienting to me....
