  1. So my wife and I were playing some multiplayer, I setup the first shuttle with oxygenator and headed off to a new planet. I tethered my way down into a cave and went afk still tethered and completely safe. A couple minute later my wife who is back on the home planet says "Oh nice! an oxygenator just sitting here on the hill by the base." I get back to my pc to find myself back in the shuttle after a respawn. I get out of the shuttle to find my oxygenator is missing! Tethers are all dead. This was rather funny and i managed to get a new one built from scratch, but it is quite the pain! Please look into this, love your game.

Summary: 1.6.61.0 - Windows 10 Xbox Beta Client - Could not land space shuttle - cannot rejoin game Description: I had message that could not launch due to no fuel despite having 2 Hydrazine canisters attached. The planet below (Deselo) landing zones had all disappeared so I could not click any area to land. I tried to log out of the game (co-op online multiplayer) and rejoin my friends game but could not rejoin. The game sat on a loading screen for an extended period of time before eventually fading back to the main menu without any error message. Attempted 2 more times and restarted the game (client and friend's server) with same issue.     New endgame vehicle

    So with not many objectives in the endgame except personal goals and/or working on the gateways, I thought of a new goal that would garner many players' attention. This goal is the construction of an ultimate space craft that can fly in atmosphere and travel to other planets. These space craft can have enormous storage space, be fueled by astronium or large amounts of hydrazine, and consume large amounts of resources and research to construct from start to finish. For the design of such impressive craft we could have the design (choice) of the US space shuttle orbiters or the russian buran because with their design a cargo bay is already in place with a cockpit. I'd like to know what other players or even the devs think of this sort of endgame concept. PS: This is a hint to you @SES_Adam

Summary: 1.5.8.0 - Steam - Shuttle lands in the middle of space Description: I launched the large shuttle from planet Vesania with a "large silo storage B", a packed "extra large platform C" and an RTG attached to it. it wasn't launched from a platform or where i initially landed, and when i launched, the shuttle started teleporting all over the place and when i travelled to Glacio and tried to land in a landing pad, i instead ended up in the middle of space, where i could get out and float about as if i was in the planet.. This has happened a couple of times already and i think i launched from Vesania for the other ones too. Platform: Steam Version: 1.5.8.0 single player Specifications: OS: Windows 10 Home x64, version 1903 CPU: Intel i7-8750H 2.2GHz GPU: NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti RAM: 16GB Drive: 1TB (not sure about this one)
  5. I play on Steam with mouse/keyboard. I am playing coop as a client with someone else hosting. We took a large shuttle to Atrox from Sylva. We had a bunch of items on the shuttle, including a rover seat where I was seated while the other player drove the shuttle. When we landed, I could stand on the ground and I could see through it. I could see stalactites and stalagmites, research objects, plants, and minerals/resources. I could also see stars and planets on the other side of the ground. I restarted the game and everything was normal. When we returned to Sylva, the same bug happened - ground invisible but I could stand on it. We totally exploited this bug to mine some sweet sweet Malachite.
  6. Summary: I left a multiplayer game my gf hosted while orbiting Vesania in a large shuttle. When I came back in, I respawned back in Sylva and have been unable to retrieve my shuttle since. I first encountered this bug in 1.0.13, but it is still present. Description: I was orbitting Vesania ready to land with a large shuttle, but I didn't have any landing options (a different bug). To try and remedy this, I left the game and rejoined. Unfortunately, I was respawned back in Sylva and had to make another shuttle to get back to Vesania, where my large shuttle was still in orbit, and now unmanned. I tried to make a slope that could go high enough to interact with the shuttle, hoping to just grab it and bring it back, but it doesn't allow me to grab it. My girlfriend and I had a lot of resources in that shuttle, and losing them has kept us from coming back to this game. We encountered this bug a little over a month ago in 1.0.13 just before 1.0.15 was released. However I just tried to retrieve the shuttle in 1.1 and it is still an issue. The Specs below are of the computer my girlfriend (the game host) was using when I played the game, and also the computer I used to test if the issue was still present in 1.1. I don't have the computer I was using at the time of incident nearby, but I can provide its specs if you guys deem it necessary to replicate.     Better orbit system

    Right now, when orbiting in the game, you go in a fixed direction above the equator of the planet. Now this works fine and allows you to land pretty much anywhere, but it could honestly be a little better. What I propose is adding a way to control the direction you're orbiting, so you can basically turn the rocket. This would allow you to reach some places easier (especially the poles) and you might not have to wait as long to wait for your base to come into view. Another nice thing would be allowing an option to only show landing pad bubbles - that way if you settled near a natural landing bubble you don't need to worry about clicking the wrong bubble and not landing at your base.

    Shuttle Bug

    Hi there. Several times as a client on a Co-Op game, I've had problems attempting to land a shuttle. Leaving a planet and selecting a new planet to orbit work as normal but after flying to the new planet graphically glitches. I am unable to see or select a landing place or any planet features (see attached). Attempting to hit C or V to launch somewhere else does nothing even with fuel to move. The only way out of this is to exit the game and relaunch. However, upon relaunching you are prompted to reconfirm character settings and are sent to Sylva. I've attached screen shots of the planet from the point of being stuck.
  9. I've been playing Astroneer on PC for a few hours now, and the game is great! However, I came across some bugs, one of which is very annoying to say the least: When I launch with a medium shuttle towards another planet, I can't relaunch or land it, the planet doesn't seem to be rendered either.. To give a little context, I am playing multiplayer with a friend and I am not the host. The sad part of all this is that the only way to get out of this screen is to re-enter the session, only to find out that the shuttle and all that was in it is gone :/
  10. Hey there. I played Astroneer a few hours with a friend. He was the "Host" and i joined his game. Later, i summery all the Bugs that i have mention it right now to post here. (We have both - high-end PC with new graphic-drivers installed, and internet is very good (no laggs or something)) - so the only problem is that game itself. Synchronisation: The "bugs" or "issues" going up more, if "players" and the "Host" go far away. It only need to be out of sight, like walking underground, in one direction or travel to other planet. Mostly of this Issues are: His Miner is a big large combined ressource pack (organic material, alluminium, harz, quarz, all colours of that). If he start to dig some, its going even bigger and the "avatar" is underneath(see Picture: host player with ressource). (this bug is no gameissue on performance in itself and its funny to look, but pls fix this) - Some Buildings that i want to start, like the Chemical-station or Earth centrifuge (with ressources that i have in backpack or on the Platform), cant start, cause the "green start button, is black, and cant press. "the connection are full of energy", so no "no energy icon is displayed".... i have to pick up the station and put it on that platform again, to synchro it with the Base or with me again, and then i can press the "green icon" to start to produce. - The "host" player have a bugs too, that if he enter the Habitat and press his button to leave, he is outside with avatar, but his camera view is still in the Habitat and he cant see his avatar(cause he still see that he is in the habitat), but i see, that he can walk around, and do things. the only fix that u can do is to lead him to open space, that he can die on oxygen(but his backpack is then still in habibat and cant pick up)[not even the reload from him or gamerestart fix that, only if he is dead, and respawned) Shuttle: (bugs going more, if only the Player travel to other planet, not the "host")(if both travel, "host" has no problems, or little, but still other players) Travel to other planet only "the player"(not Host), going issues, like i cant see landing zone on planets few times(and if i join again to that game, while i in the shuttle, i have to start new in mainbase(without anything) and the shuttle is still in space and cant land or something) Ressources or Equipment, that are in the backpack are gone, after i can land on another planet or home sometimes. Sometimes, its a loading issue on thrust nozzle, if the shuttle break that, cause its break, i see 20 thrust nozzle breaks in 1 seconds in close succession. (so maybe synchro issues or something?) Vehicle: Trucks or Rover have some bugs on starting to drive with trailers behind them. "Host" have only little issue in 2-3 hours, but always the player, who play with him. Explain: The other player(not host) entry the "rover-seat on a rover" or Truck and want to start drive. One Issues is, that the Main-car drive, ---- but the trailers 1-3 behind him stand still. If he drive more, the connection breaks(like that the trailers are a platform or something). The only way to solve that is to drive back, connection the trailers to the Main-Car again, one by one, and u can drive, until u go out for digging or some else and entry the Truck or Rover 5-10 minutes later, the same bug.... The second issues is sometimes, that i entry the Truck or Rover(with or without trailers), the build in front are a middle size store with battery´s, or solarpanels, or what ever, that if u drive, all of the installed equiped items on the Truck or Rover are still in the air, where that vehicle stand, but u can drive with the power(cause its connected on that vehicle, but u see the Equip in the Air 20 meters behind stand still), only a "reload" of me(the player) to the "host"-game can solve the issue. The Third: And another problem is, u entry the Truck or vehicle, want to drive, u sit in the "air" and u drive the car around, where u want. But the "avatar" is still in the same position u start off (see picture: vehicle third bug) MFG (i report more issues here or new topics that i see)
  11. So if you try landing on ground that you flattened out and/or heightened for a better look, the shuttle will automatically launch back up into space, wasting your fuel.
  12. So a friend and I were playing on my server when landing a Large Shuttle onto Vesania for the second time (First time was with a medium shuttle - no problems occurred then). I was able to get out of the ship fine (riding in cockpit) as for my friend (in chair attached to shuttle) couldn't leave the chair. Eventually he tried exiting out and entering back in, but he could only join as a new player. When he decided to join as a new player, he used the medium shuttle back at the base to fly to Vesania, but when he was in orbit of Vesania, he couldn't land the shuttle. He also mentioned that when stuck in orbit, he saw a huge white rectangular line shooting out of the shuttle. Eventually we called it a day and haven't played multiplayer since the incident. I'm still definitely going to play the game still, but I would love it if you guys would fix this issue. Thanks for this awesome game and best wishes to you guys in the future.
  13. As you travel each planet, landing zones become really cluttered. It would be nice if we could color code and name each landing zone as needed.

Image 1: a large shuttle, landed on vesania a good distance above the terrain. Image 2: the shuttle is still functional in every way. I was able to load it and take off without problems

This leads to the shuttle landing "inside" the already landed shuttle. Summary: Mouse cursor not showing properly Description: when in planet select or even on the planet normally i have black dots for a mouse cursor, attempted re-installing, verified local game files, and restarted both game and computer. Issue occurred when starting for the first time. its impossible to select other planets or locations to fly to. Image has circle around what is currently my mouse cursor. unable to get a good screen shot of planet select as the cursor is nearly impossible to find to start with.   17. I encountered this bug when I was travelling from sylva to atrox, I was carrying a medium battery in the large shuttle, which was uncompressed and full of charge. When I landed and put the battery on a platform, the bars were shifted, as displayed in the image. It did not fix when I shut down the game and restarted it. My game is in the latest version (1.0.7) Computer specs: MSI GS70 6QD i7 6700HQ Nvidia GTX 965M Windows 10
  18. Summary: Crash when landing on Vesania in Co-op Game Version: Steam v1.0.6 Description: Me and my friend are playing Astroneer in Co-op and we're pretty far into the game. When ore of us tries to land on Vesania with a medium shuttle, the game crashes just before landing, or just before reaching the planet's atmosphere. We started with the shuttles from Novus.   19. Steam / PC / Keyboard Mouse My friend often teleported to space when boarding space shuttle. Whenever teleported to space, he dies because there is nothing but floating. This bug can be fixed by moving the shuttle by player. Please fix this bug

  21. I went to another planet to get some resources and upon returning to my home planet I am unable to land in my home base. As you can see in the image, I do not get the circle outline to land at the base and clicking anywhere near it does nothing. To make matters worst there are no other landing spots even remotely close that I could land on and just hike. This makes me sad. Few details::: I have a small shuttle at that base. Could this be blocking re-entry? IF so that sounds like a bug to me. Settings are all ultra except experimental clouds. 1080ti

    Shuttles - two launch buttons

    Last night I managed to build my first shuttle and take off. I noticed there's two launch buttons, tied to X and Z I believe. What are the differences between them?!
  23. if you land on the Sunsystem^s telelportationpoint and used a twice of four times used engine the engine will be destroyed whilst you arive by that you can't go any where else since you keep you oxigen levels up so you can^t get killed and can^t fly away. also when I wanted to show it as a photo and i took my ship i placed it next to the station (not enough space in the way to the mid platform where i wanted it to be placed) and it fell of without an other planets core you unlocked you are suflocked I reloaded twice for this thing
  24. Hello, Been following this game since it first come out, but only started playing it last week. My thought (if not already raised - couldn't see it on the list), is when your orbiting a planet trying to land all the landing spots are blue... I wish we had different colours for the pre-set landing zones and the vehicle bays. This would help Astroneers select the right spot if they built their vehicle bay on top of the landing zone (or your first base). First suggestion is I thought, I wish the Vehicle Bays showed up as a different colour, like green. But to expand on that thought, on hitting [E] on the vehicle bay, you can alter the colour of it. Maybe indicated by a flashing light on its model. When in orbit, the colour set will shade the dome icon for the lander... so you can clearly select the right location from orbit. When in an orbitting shuttle, adding a [Q] option to cycle through the filters (all landing spots/landing zones only/vehicle bays only).

    Small shuttle landing bugged

    Hello System Era Team! I was playing Astroneer here the other day with a friend. We spent like 6 hours on the same world and quickly discovered a bug with the Small Shuttle when we wanted to go space traveling. The problem occurs when you land a Small Shuttle. The thing is, when you first have printed a Small Shuttle you cannot move it. Then you launch it. When you then land on the home planet again it lands near the place you created it. In our case it landed on the side of our vehicle bay. This means it's blocking it. Well, not physically but optically blocking. We cannot move it so it stays there. All we can do is launch again and hope for a better landing spot next time. Of course we have gotten further and no longer need our Small Shuttles and therefore they're just there, floating mid-air, making our base look messy. Neither can it be removed nor moved. I have attached a photo in which the bug is displayed on the right side. Additionally: We had two and they land at the exact same place. This does not really do anything as they still work and we can still access both just fine, it's just a suggestion; maybe you should change that. It makes that part of the game look clumsy. Thank you for great game, can't wait till release.
