    Does anyone have good info on the respawn times for mineral research samples? The Astroneer Wiki says, "After being harvested, the Research Sample will respawn within 2-3 minutes," but I've found this is inaccurate, and have noted it sometime takes a week or more for these samples to reappear.

    Description: The range at which you can "interact with" Research Samples changes depending on if you have your terrain tool ready or put-away. If the terrain tool is active, the range at which i can hold "F" to gather Research Samples is extended much further than (i think) intended. NOTE: i actually really like this range - and would rather you increase the range when the terrain tool is put away - PLEASE!     if you take you mining gun out and hover over pickable research samples you can pick them up from a very long distance
