  1. If this is a repeat thread please let me know and point me in the right direction. How does Astroneer do terrain generation? I've heard they use marching cubes, but when I go to find out more on Reddit or some other forum site, someone always corrects it to Dual Contouring. Does anyone know exactly what they use? I am trying to make a lowpoly terrain system, any my marching cubes aren't turning out great, so I thought I would see what Astroneer uses.
