So its basically an L on its side with, a 4 plug slot on the bottom, so you can connect it to a large rover to make a truck looking large rover, it could have a 4 plug slot ob the top so its basically aesthetic, 2 plugs on the tip of the lower point of the L for a couple lights. This doesnt directly mess with the game play, and gives players a way to light the area around them. All around i see it as a win but i get you guys have a hole lot on your plates but I think it would be relatively unigue and fun.
  2. When ever i go to a different planet with my batteries,solar panels and others, it messes up the look of the item and i dont know how to fix it....

Hey y'all Not sure if this was already mentioned, but I checked and found nothing about the topic: When I start my furnace and leave the stuff inside to smelt, it does not drop out automatically. Instead it melts "together" as one block of one same resource. What I realised was, that this only happens, when I leave the furnace to go back down to mine....but if I wait in front of it, it drops out automatically. It's pretty annoying, because sometimes the smelted stuff falls "into" the smelter itself....so I have to disconnect it from the plattform to retrieve the resources.   4. Has anyone considered how there's no good method of moving items around beside your own character? Me and my friend are often on different planets to each other but we haven't exactly completed the fast travel network yet. sometimes, of course, we run out of a certain type of item that you can't get on whichever planet and so we end up having to give each other items. How? The shuttle... Yay? While sure, the shuttles now work brilliantly for interplanetary travel, it's not exactly efficient if you're just dropping something off for another player. I think a great solution for this would be to create a new item transfer platform - Something that lets you send items to other stations across the entire Astroneer solar system. Not only is this extremely useful for sharing items, but it makes it much easier to set up a more permanent base on a different planet. Out of zinc? Get someone on Sylva to send you some. Need some more iron for that extra large platform? Sent. Ideally the ship that travels with the items could be a separate entity, so if the station already has a ship, it can just be removed. Alternatively this could simply be some kind of teleportation system, but I can see why that wouldn't fit into and EXO environment. I think this would make a great addition to the game and would like to see it added in future updates somewhere!

  6. Add a parachute, falling from a height of 20 meters can get a death. If there was a parachute on the active button, it would be of great help. (especially when you make a huge sculpture or building - you have to enclose everything with scaffolding)

When switching the blueprint selected in the vehicle bay, the resources already placed on it are ejected like anything else, however the resources don't collide with the vehicle bay and instead fall inside of the model and are irretrievable. I was trying to build a large storage on my medium buggy and set up the ceramic items on the vehicle bay before realizing that the large storage can't be built on it, so when I switched the blueprint, the ceramic items were ejected and fell into the bay. -Steam, Singleplayer, Found in regular play world, recreated (video) in test world. I've been playing with a friend for 3 days now and when we created our first medium rover we had a problem which was that i couldn't place anything on TOP of the rover but i could place anything only on the sides. Also it was impossible for me to build a rover i tried everything to see if it works but nothing happened. My friend on the others hand could easily put anything on top of the rover and could create one as well. We tried restarting the game, exiting and re entering and i died so i could "reset" my character. Notes: My friend was the host We both are playing from PC
  11. I found a tether in a cave. When moving it back closer to my own tethers to use it, it connected at a high, close to vertical angle, through the cave wall. When I dropped the tether it showed no oxygen hose, but did provide me with oxygen. It was close to other tethers I'd dropped, but I couldn't see it being connected to them, and didn't think the ones in the cave above were close enough to connect.   12. I have a full backpack. I had Tethers selected in the backpack printer. Then I switched to another item to print. Because my backpack was full there was nowhere for the compound in the printer slot to go. It just went spinning off into the cosmos never to be seen again. This occurred because I had the "Tethers" already selected, which pulled in a Compound resource. Then I filled my backpack by mining Resin. My suggestion would be to never have a resource actually consume a slow in the printer. Only have the printer consume the resource when print is chosen, and not pre-load itself with the resource.
  13. I tried letting go of a small wind turbine while I was moving it and it was in the air. It vanished. Placing it on the ground before was fine. I think this might be a problem with placing things that would normally be able to be fixed into the ground, but in the air. I haven't tried it with other things like small solar panel, etc, but those might have the same problem.
  14. situation: When every slot on your backpack and deform tool is occupied by an item except for the BP printer slot. the alt+click function will show strange item discard behaviour for any item except the desired item by the BP printer. This is confusing. Shouldn't you just get the "backpack is full" behaviour routine unles you pick up the correct item for the bp printer ?   15. I found an object thet looks similar to the research panel on the backpack. I can pick it up and place it in a double socket slot or the research station. i can not research it. is this a bug or an displayable object like the zebra ball?

Summary: 0.5.0.0 - Steam - Floating items Description: So this happens *very* frequently, perhaps every time I leave items in a hole (which is my form of storage because it's the most efficient). I have items in a hole, and come back to them to find that they are now floating. Still in the hole, but no longer quite touching each other or the ground. if I pick one up and drop it again, it is once again affected by gravity, and every other item it touches also became affected by gravity, and they all would fall back down. This generally is not problematic, but just recently, I came back and found my canister stash as it shows in the screenshot. As you can see, they're aren't exactly in the hole anymore. Anyone know why this happens? This is really getting annoying. Pretty sure that's not supposed to be possible... It was in item form when I found it, just sitting there on the ground.
