Summary: - Steam - Character gets stuck randomly when moving in any direction Description: In my second save file, my character will randomly become stuck on invisible objects when trying to move. Travelling over perfectly flat ground, even flattened ground doesn't help, and it can occur when moving in any direction (WASD has no impact). Happens equally to walking or sprinting. Jumping avoids the problem 100% of the time, and gets the character unstuck if the problem is occurring. The running animation plays like normal, but the character can't move.     storage glitch

    I logged of after just printing a large storage. When I logged in again and hopped in my car and the storage fell of I cant move it and it's very annoying plz fix it.🙂 thx
  3. Noticed a bug where a friend of mine took away the seat from the buggy while i was still in it. He was then able to carry me everywhere x) He tried to throw me from very high, but i took no fall damage and i even got through the ground in a cave. What's more, you can't die of suffocation if u're staying in the seat ! Had a pretty long time staying in it waiting for my friends to save me ! Thanks for considering !

    Terrain Tech Test Glitch

    I have found a glitch in the Terrain Tech Test. Platform: XBOX ONE Version: 0.10.5 Description: In the Terrain Tech Test, Terrain Analyzers created by the Resource Plinth do not collect color, even with no canisters on the astroneer.

    Unkown item found and Glitch

    I was playing Astroneer and found an unkown black and white swirled ball that emits light from it but when i tried to research it nothing on the Research Chamber computer came up to research it and then when i took it off the platform and moved it, the ball glitched out my storage unit which had natural resources stored and the container fell through the ground and disappeared and when i left the game the load time takes longer then usual.     Chemistry Lab Bug

    The bug happened when I tried viewing the panel when it was making a rubber resource and wouldn't continue or fix itself after waiting a short amount of time and also wouldn't work after reloading the game.

    Seat glitch

    If you get in a seat at the same time as picking it up you will be able to carry the chair, causing issues in the game and it is a glitch that can be exploited to make the game easier and to travel faster than what was intended. I do not have any proof by you can test it yourself if you don't believe me.

Summary: - Steam - Terrain smooth tool snaps to lines relative to the camera, skipping the space between lines Description: In all of my save files, the terrain smoothing tool snaps to lines that are either straight lines radiating away from the camera (not the character, I checked), or arcs a set distance from the camera. Moving the cursor slowly between the lines will allow the tool a tiny degree of motion within its "channel" before it snaps to the next one, skipping the space in between. This glitch doesn't affect the remove terrain or add terrain functions, only the smoothing function. I have not yet figured out how it is determined whether it snaps to the lines or the arcs, but once it starts one, it stays consistent until I stop playing that game. You can jump out and see that the haze is gone.

I reconfigured the rover from a resource gatherer to being a scrap gatherer. The large storage was on the top back with the seat and a medium solar on the top front.   15. I Play Astroneer on my laptop and it's within the system specs limit as described on Steam. For some reason, my game is still very framey/laggy, but playable (i am using the dedicated AMD graphics instead of onboard Intel stuff). Specifically, On Exotic, the game lags so much that it's unplayable and i'm practically stuck there forever. What I feel (very very strongly), is that you need to give us an IMPROVED & DETAILED GRAPHICS SETTINGS option in the Game Settings menu such that we are able to tune each and every aspect of the Graphics Settings (just like every other game out there). This would be very much appreciated and I'm damn sure there are countless players who could benefit from this. P.S.: Without this feature, I would be finally regretting my purchase of astroneer ???

  18. Summary: Generation of unmovable/undestroyable rock formations inside of placed base items. Description: After reloading of my save game I was greeted with a totally new rock formation basically trying to eat a small solar panel that I had placed on the ground. Doubly odd is that it isn't %100 percent persistent and seems to be linked to loading the save. One day it just showed up and the next day when I reloaded the save it was gone. Here's two short clips of it. The first one is right when I noticed it and the second one is a day later after reloading my save.   19. Version: Platform: Steam / Windows 10, running on a LiquidSky cloud gaming machine. I have a Chemistry Lab on Tundra that I started building Plastic at. I left for a while and came back, and part of the plastic is there, part of the Carbon and Compound are gone, but the machine isn't doing anything. I can hold Q to open the menu, and I can scroll left and right to select different things for it to build. If I hit the button to start building, though, nothing happens. I can't grab the partially-completed plastic. I detached and relocated the platform it was sitting on. The partially-completed plastic remains where the Chemistry Lab used to be. I can't pick it up. And I can't remove the partially-used Carbon or Compound from the machine. The machine is just stuck, and I can't find any way to get it to work. I tried leaving the planet and coming back. No difference. I tried exiting and coming back to a save. No difference. I'm not entirely sure how it ended up in this state. My base has power issues, so it's possible while I was far from the base, or when I returned, there wasn't any power. But everything else is working fine (atmospheric condenser, soil extractor, etc).

  21. I built medium shuttle, after tourney to another planet with small shuttle - it landed right in to medium shuttle! Also - after save - my small / medium rover almost allwyas is sunken in to surface. Sadly - it happens also with hard surfaces! One more thing - after save ang game reload i very often lose resources - left in smelter and other buildings. This is very, very sad! Also resources left on ground (specially built, hovered holes) - is mostly lost after game reload. Just reload after save, nothing more. When i play fo hours - they stay remaining, after save almost everything i gone!
  22. Randomly when I'm exploring underground in the various planets (barren, exotic), I would suddenly get boosted through the ceiling really high and eventually die when I land. Don't know if this is an issue or if it's just me.

  24. So my friend said that his small rover (now called a Buggy) battery wasn't draining even though the power generation wasn't working. This needs to be fixed soon if it is a bug (he's uh...less-than-intelligent let's say, so it may be a false report) but if it is a bug it does need to be fixed as it breaks the game balance. We're in multiplayer too, and I haven't seen this bug in singleplayer before

Light the firework. Before the firework explodes, left-click it to pick it up and move it around. Wait for the firework to explode. Grab a cable plug. Click somewhere to release the cable plug. Expected results: The cable plug should retract properly. Observed results: The cable plug does not retract. The player is stuck walking very slowly due to holding the cable plug. Additional notes: If there is a place to plug the cable plug into, it doesn't plug in. Yes, I know I probably blew my fingers off doing this. But they're virtual fingers, mmkay?
