  1. This "game" crashed SIX TIMES while I was tunneling to core of Vesania!!! (Which means I had to wait SEVEN TIMES for the incredibly long load time.) This game should be recalled and all purchases refunded until they have something that is stable and playable with at least 30fps and autosaves.
  2. I have a large rover, four rtg's, AND a medium battery. I have a level 3 drill head and while drilling, the rover will not move forward, reverse, left, or right. When I turn the drill off, maneuvering capability is restored. I thought...ok...draws extreme power. So, I put the level 2 drill head on. Same thing. However, the tractor can use the drill heads with less power and no issues.
  3. Summary: 1.0.4 - Steam - Rover stops responding when drill is turned on Description: Any rover in my game stops responding to input while a drill is turned on in any front/rear slot. Input resumes working when the drill is toggled off. Video of bug: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/260188315913945105/544151203441934336/New_video_Small_2.mp4 In the video I am always holding forward, and half way in I start holding forward and steering, but when the drill is turned on, only the rover's momentum keeps it moving. It will eventually come to a stop and even slide backward if on a hill. There is a workaround that can still make it usable by accelerating, then toggling the drill on and off periodically, so that the rover's momentum will carry it forward while drilling. Its less effective up-hill, of course, so it still isn't ideal. Platform: Steam Version / Build Number: 1.0.4 (present since 1.0) Specifications: OS: Windows 10 Home | v. 1803 | Build 17134.523 CPU: Intel Core i7-2700K CPU 3.50GHz GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 RAM: Patriot 3x4GB DDR3 1066Hz (12GB) Drive: KINGSTON SA400S37240G (SSD)
  4. This is a game concept that I thought would be interesting. I hope it has not already been proposed! How about the ability to "drill" deep into the planet for gas/liquid resources (i.e. hydrocarbons, water). This could possibly involve the introduction of more surface equipment modules for gas processing/refining. Here are a few supporting concepts that come to mind: - seismic exploration to locate suitable drill sites / depths - modular drilling rig which components can be moved with large vehicles and assembled at drill site (derrick, sub-structure, generator, pumps, ...) - pipeline infrastructure to a centralized processing facility or base. Or the player can choose to process the resource at the well site. - gas compressors to boost pipeline pressures? - new resource production can supplement the atmosphere condenser (water, oil, methane, ethane, propane ... hydrogen sulfide?) - Produced Emulsion can be refined into water, liquid hydrocarbon, and solids? I realize this is a pretty complex addition ... but maybe down the line at some point it can be added in if there is enough interest! Thanks for reading.

Can anyone get the crane to properly work and what is it for if we have a terrain molding tool anyways?
  6. Platform: PC, steam Input: Keyboard (unrelated to bug) If you try to use the drill on a deposit which overlaps with another, each time you get a granule it will cancel collecting what's already in the slot (they both default to the same active collection slot). It will pop the other material off when ever it switches the type of material. This effectively makes it impossible to get resources like lithium, astronium, and titanium on the surface of some planets because of organic materials (most common case) or similar situations (deposits overlap). Below is a screen shot of what happens when mining titanium overlapped with hydrazine. The resource units were popping several a second at one point, at least it was very entertaining. To fix: maybe have an internal buffer for each resource type, just like you have with the character; and maybe only have it materialize when a whole unit is filled.
