    Win10 Store

    Kris McD posted a topic in Help, Questions, and Support

    So, I have a new morning ritual. Get up. Check the Microsoft Store to see if I can actually install the game I paid for. Get more annoyed because I cannot do so. Is there a website or a reset or some other thing that I can do? Or am I just screwed that the store thinks the game is not compatible with my fully updated Windows 10 desktop device? The only reason I am so pissed right now is because I was very much looking forward to the game. Please, SOMEONE, help me fix this.

    I cant download the game from the PC from the store and im dying to see what's new because I have been in this game before canisters were a thing. Please fix this i am literally begging you because i dont want to have to be forced to buy it a second time on steam.

    So my issue is I had Astroneer downloaded and my PC was acting up and not starting it, so I uninstalled it and when I went to re-install it the "install" on the Microsoft store is grayed out and won't let me download. It also says that I 'already own this title" when I do but I can't download it. Please help. Thanks
