TMarcher74 posted a topic in General DiscussionHydrazine - It is given too much use, used in thrusters, making graphene, used in jetpacks. They should not be used in making graphene as it makes no sense, and is best used as a fuel, also since ammonium is a little hard to find and the soil centrifuge does not offer a fair trade with 2 canisters of soil. Zinc - It is found on almost every planet and in very large quantities but it is used in making the augmented tools and the medium battery that's all, I find sphalerite almost everywhere in the caves of Sylva and some other planets too. Diamond - It is only used in making level 3 drills for both rovers and terrain tool. Given its lustrous and non-breakable property it is not used a lot. Astronium - Literally has no use, ever since they reduced the byte rate ,it has become even more useless. What are your thoughts on these usability of these resources, do you have anything else on your mind? Comment down
You want a use for Diamond and Nanocarbon Alloy? I want a bigger spacecraft! I was thinking about possible uses for these two resources, and I think an Extra Large Shuttle is just the thing! Since I want to make my Ultimate Tundra Base without multiple trips back to Terran, I can take everything in one go with such a spacecraft. Research Cost: 12000 Bytes Recipe: 2 Nanocarbon Alloy, 1 Diamond, 1 Glass Thanks!
WhiteChocolate posted a topic in Suggestions and IdeasPlain and simple, if I'm going to be using a drill to get at something super hard, copper isn't going to cut it. I'd also recommend that for certain items that a blend of materials are needed, e.g. a drill head should cost 3 titanium and 1 carbon. OR you could even require 4 carbon on the smelter to make 1 diamond and the drill head costs 3 titanium and 1 diamond. (Love the game, keep up the good work!)
