  1. This was the exact scene, having recently returned from Desolo for the first time. The launch pad placement preview had also been like that whenever folded away (no mouse over), wasn't sure if it was a bug or not. I'd positioned my newly minted medium rover and linked up the winch to try and haul the pad without packing it up, but I hit the frozen vehicle bug for the umpteenth time, so had to fiddle with that (modify the terrain under the wheels, etc). Then, once the rover started moving (wheels pulling weirdly out of position) the game abruptly crash out. Reloading the save it instantly crashed out again. Zip of my "SaveGames" folder attached, ".dmp" file and DxDiag: 2019-02-19a SaveGames - crash and corruption trying to tow launchpad.zip unreal-v0-2019.02.19-05.00.21.dmp DxDiag (ZeroGravitas).txt I got it to reload after deleting the most recent "AUTOSAVE_1_2019.02.05-12.31.49.sav" file (co-incidence, or not) but then it crashes out after about 5 minutes anyway, having tried doing different things. I can upload those later saves too and video of the initial crash, if wanted. I'm guessing you guys are utterly swamped already, though, with the influx of players and reports... I've been archiving my save daily, so I might go back (and loose a hour or so's play). But needless to say I'm pretty disappointed in Astroneer "1.0". 😒 I'd been playing to take a break from my involvement in the TerraTech community, including contributing a lot to their bug reporting forum. Astroneer seemed pretty polished to begin with, and I've really been enjoying the immersive escapism. But the bugs have been increasing rapidly by around the time of getting to Desolo. Death by randomly teleporting up through terrain was kind of an adventure to recover froom, but the endless vehicle freezes, sketchy winch implementation, incorrect collider of loads atop medium rover & 360 flips on righting it... And now this totally grinding my play to a halt. It kinda seems like there's no such thing as finished and functional game these days. I really want to love this.
  2. In multiplayer (two player). Was driving around in tractor. Stopped and deformed terrain near tractor without thinking. Tractor started to quicksand in ground (bouncing up and down a little bit). I quickly jumped back into the tractor to hopefully drive off and not loose another one! Instead of entering tractor, my character was floating through space. Could open backpack and research panels, but could not move or jump, just kind of floating. Exited game (the other player was host). Rejoined and now the camera shows me stuck about halfway into the ground. Cannot look around, backpack and research panels don't open. All keys seem inactive. After maybe 5 second, game returns me to main menu screen, but the "start single player" game tab is missing. The main menu is not quite right. Exited again, and other player exited. Both restart and same thing happens to me. The other player is fine, but for me the save game is corrupted. SAVE_1$2019.02.14-21.59.55.savegame
  3. Specs: Win 10 64 bit CPU: AMD FX 4350 GPU: AMD Radeon RX 480 GAME VERSION: 0.2.108.0 What Happened: Internet play with a friend. He was the host, I was the Client connecting to him through steam. The first bug: I was driving a rover and after a moment of lag, the rover launched itself and me up into near-orbit. I fell out of orbit to the ground, but the rover did not. instead, it stayed stationary above the planet. The Second bug: Both of us had rovers. He had a rover with a storage attachment and solar panel. I had a basic rover with a solar panel I attempted to connect the front of his rover to the back of mine and we both attempted to drive. the two rovers then suddenly recoiled at high speed into each-other, causing one to flip over. While it was flipped, I attempted to disconnect the hose that linked the two drive-able rovers. this led to the hose detaching, but I was unable to remove the hose placement mode, and instead hooked the hose to the ground by left clicking. trying to click the hose attachment also just spawned more hoses that connected to the ground. they seemed to stretch indefinitely. I have included screenshots of this as well. Third bug: I believe this involves the network code for clients only. On the host's computer, the orbiting planet/moon appears as a sphere fine. However on the client end, it seems the sphere is broken into layers when rendered. I have included screenshots of what I was seeing on the client end. I also have included a corrupt save. It appeared to crash the game engine itself loading the save after the 2nd bug occurred. AUTOSAVE_2_2016.12.20-22.06.03 (1).sav
