    Buggy Speed/Handling

This could just be the low fps on xbox, but I feel like the speed and maneuverability of the buggy has gone down. For that reason I almost see no reason to even craft it anymore. I'd like to see the buggy move faster and have better handling then the other vehicles. This way if I'm just running out to get some extra materials (maybe I realized I need more space so I'm getting resin to build storage) I can jump in there fly across the land and grab a few. If I'm going for a resource run though I use a rover train. The tractor would eventually become obsolete mid-late game but still be great when building a new base.

    Barren/Buggy/Cavern Lure

I was underground driving in my buggy on barren. Drove under a Cavern Lure it grab buggy/me and pinned me against the ceiling. I exited the buggy and it shot me through the ceiling to the surface and I fell back down to the surface of Barren.

    Newsletter (Not Really)

On the planet Terran Kappa CV-11 B, a brave astroneer makes a habitable base while gathering useful scientific data for us here at Exo Dynamics. Several SGTUs (small galactic time units) ago, he sent us a transmission with some great news. The terrain on this planet appears to have several anomalies where heavy objects sink in to it without having a trace. He has lost many of his rovers because of this. Lately, he lost a small rover. These rovers are chosen for their speed, agility, and small size. While walking around in a local cave system, he noticed that the signals from the beacon on the rover were quite strong so he dug down and made a ramp in to a lower level of the cave using the Exo Terrain Tool. Because he did not know what danger lied below, he was forced to leap in to the safety of the rover and make his way up the ramp he built to bring out to the surface. Challenges like this prove the astroneer's courage and great engineering skills. The Small Rover is made to withstand the harshest planetary conditions. The rover has been safely brought to the surface. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Thank you for choosing Milky Way Galaxy // Sol // Europa // Irkni Sector // Exo Dynamics Mission Control Centre and Subterranean Research Facility
  4. When exploring new parts of a plant my buggy gets stuck.
  5. Make it so there is a buggy trailer so you can hook your buggy to your truck when moving base. just a and wheels (no battery on the side). you could also make it so this is the way you could charge the buggy as well. (not sure the technical terms for this but it will need a lock down button to just lock it and charge it). You should make it so it only has the 1 connection port so it'll have to be at the end of the "train".

    Can't build Buggy

Summary: 0.10.2 - Steam - Can't build Buggy Description: I researched the Buggy and have a vehicle bay, but it doesn't give me the option to build a buggy. It would be nice if it showed where the part was constructed in the research menu, since I had to look in the wiki to make sure I had the correct stuff built. Platform: Steam Version / Build Number: 0.10.2 Specifications: OS: Windows 10 CPU: 4 x Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 940MX RAM: 8GB DDR4 Drive: Liteon CV1-8B256 256GB SSD

    Power Failure

I had a solar panel and wind turbine on the back of a small buggy, then I plugged it into my base it flipped the ports over and deleted my turbine and solar panel...sorta not happy about the loss of resources.

    Rover Improvement Thoughts

My idea on how to further the rovers is simple. The graphics are gorgeous, the design is flawless but the handling and terrain navigation is not what I would expect to see out of such an enormous vehicle, even for the little guy. My "solution" or "improvement" that I would like to see is to make the rovers, especially the large rover, move slower. In addition the controls (forwards, reverse, turn) would be fixed to the vehicle cardinal direction and not the cameras. The same issue I found with Call of Duty WWII campaign, when you assume control of the tank. It does not handle as expected, rather you have to perform witchcraft to maneuver the vehicle to go in the direction you desire. The next one would be with the grip of the vehicles. With the vehicles weight and the fancy sand tires, I fully expected to be able to pull the vehicle along the alien surface with ease and to be able to climb hills easily. It is not so easy. You also don't drive the vehicle. It feels like your'e ice-skating around the map with no sense of control or direction. TL;DR - Make the rovers feel heavier, give them better grip/stability, and make it feel more like a vehicle than ice skating. Sincerely, Smitty Werbenjagermanjensen

New tyres for the large rover

I looked around the forum and I didn't find anything about this so I thought I would suggest it. I noticed that it was a real b*tch to move around the exotic planet with anything more than 2 large rovers attached together because of the rocky and steep terrain. my idea is spiked tyres that can only be attached to the large rover. These new spiked tyres would help you get up the large hills with ease. they would be made with 2 parts compound and 2 parts aluminium (that's how you spell it Americans). They would be bigger than the current wheels on the rover and will have spike looking things on them I only thought of this cos my large rover train got stuck at the bottom of the hill up to my base

  17. When I try and attach the storage option to the Rover/Buggy the game completely crashes! I am playing with a friend when this happens so I am unsure if this happens during solo play. Is this happening to anyone else?
