TLDR* at bottom of the page. I understand the blue in the tether line is supposed to represent oxygen, however ;), what if like the ability to customize the colour of your space suit, allow a player ( once unlocked lets say a ' colouriser' ?) the player can choose the colour of the tether cable or cap ( something to help distinguish it from other tether lines ) this would be extremely useful in cave exploration as a player could mark their path out in lets say Green, a path to a resource deposit ( in a corresponding colour using a preselected/created colour pallet ( of X amount of colours

I think the best way to implement the customisation system would be to add a "Don't Starve Together" kind of system. If you're unfamiliar with this system, it's pretty much you play the game as you do but every now and then a little present symbol appears in the top left corner of your screen. When you click on it it unlocks a a new piece of vanity for you to equip across all your saves. If you changed the way it works a little so instead of just randomly getting them you could find suits on like other planets in crashed ships or something that would be perfect because this would pr

When I place tethers I always try to place them the max distance apart, to get the most efficiency out of them. This can often mean a lot of trial and error slowly moving the mouse around until I get the tether in just the right place. So how about, when you go to place a Tether, a ring appears around Tethers you've already placed that indicates their max range. So you know where exactly to place your next Tether without mucking around finding the exact spot.
