  1. After the new patch on Steam (version 0.2.100.0. not in the Beta Branch) I started a new game. But what I recognized was that I am not able to pick up Tethers back to my Inventory. Once they are set to the surface, I tried to pick them up with Shift + Left Klick. They disappear but do not go to my backpack. I think this is a Bug because it worked with version 0.2.93.0.
  2. I tried out the new Beta patch and started a completely new savegame. After I landed on the planet, my FPS were quite good at almost 60 FPS. Then I built like 40 Tethers and saw my performance getting worse. After 20 Tethers I had like 35-45 FPS, at the end with 40 Tethers my FPS went down to the old result before beta: 20 - 27. But I recognized that it goes back to 55 - 60 if I went far away enough so I do not saw them anymore. This was not the case before the Beta Patch. So this is an improvement. I built the Tethers far away from my base so they did not connect to it but still go
  3. Great game so far! Love to see what it will be in the future! But now to the topic: I think something went wrong with objects which are not near to the player (e.g. Base on another planet) and the computing of objects at all. The more objects I build the less my performance is. But I tried to get better performance on another planet on the same savegame so I flew to an empty planet. The result was that I don't get more FPS. So I think the engine don't "kill" objects which are far away from the player or not visible and compute them the whole time which leads to bad performance
  4. Got this from another thread: -NOSOUND helps me to get an average of 10 more fps it think. But in addition to this it helps if you take away most of the connections(these ones for transfering oxygen and energy) you dont use back to your inventory. The more i have from them on my planet, the less my fps are. Maybe this helps to find out what the problem is. Nevertheless - awesome game! My specs are: GTX 960 4GB, 8GB of Ram, AMD FX 6300
  5. Can confirm this! -NOSOUND helps me to get an average of 10 more fps it think. But in addition to this it helps if you take away most of the connections(these ones for transfering oxygen and energy) you dont use back to your inventory. The more i have from them on my planet, the less my fps are. Spread it to the devs! My specs are: GTX 960 4GB, 8GB of Ram, AMD FX 6300
