So I did a little more research in game and found out you can put a drill head on the end and use that. I shall continue my studies and report back.

I was trying to figure out what in the procedurally generated world the crane does and just wound up rubbing the end of it various different objects. Did anyone else have better luck finding a use for it?

Playing on Steam. Built the Truck then put the large storage from the vehicle bay on it and tried to attach research projects which caused the truck to start glitching into the ground.
