  1. I deleted all Medium Canisters and the FPS is up again, even higher then before, up to about 50 FPS. So not bad, but now I only have the small canisters left Thanks for the info, great tip. Just as a side note: I started a new save, started with about 200 FPS, now after a few hours of game play and my first trip to another planet, I have FPS dips as low as 98 FPS. How? I lost over 100 FPS. The base is tiny and the save is about 1.7 MB.
  2. Addition: Playing on Steam, Windows 10 Good: Bad:
  3. Same here, the frame rate is now at least a third or a quarter from what it was before. I do have a large old save, 70 MB, until yesterday I could play it, but after this update I now have around 3 or 4 FPS. This is absolutely terrible, I can no longer play this save. Please fix fast! Thank you. My system is a Ryzen 7 8 Core, 64 GB of RAM and an RTX 2070.
  4. In the past it was possible to take the last canister off of the soil centrifuge and place it back on the storage to force the created materials to go to the left or right side, like some kind of automatic sorting. Now it always takes the next canister and this way the canisters get mixed with the items the soil centrifuge creates. This results in a multitude of more clicks I have to make to sort everything after each run of the soil centrifuge. Please change this behavior back how it was in the past. It is not a game breaker, but I find it really annoying at times. Thank you.
  5. When I use the research chamber to research Astronium (or any other material) it no longer gives me bytes, this already happened a while back, but since I researched Astronium (and other stuff) for about 2.3 million bytes worth, it did not bother me as much. I though I let you know that this is still a problem also in the Wanderer Update. Platform: Steam Version / Build Number: 1.5.8.0 Specifications: OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 | v. 1903 | Build 18362.295 (US Version with German Keyboard) CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor 3,00 GHz
  6. When I use the drill stage 3 on a crane, the canisters on the 4th Rover on the attached large/medium storages are no longer filled. Platform: Steam Version / Build Number: 1.5.8.0 Specifications: OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 | v. 1903 | Build 18362.295 (US Version with German Keyboard) CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor 3,00 GHz GPU: ASUS ROG Strix RTX 2070 8GB OC RAM: 64 GB Corsair Vengeance Drive: 4TB WDC WD40E31X-00HY4A0 Astroneer - Drill no longer fills canisters on
  7. This happened to me twice now, even before the Wanderer Update. For me it seems if I drive my Rover over a bump, when the Rover jumps/bounces into the air a little bit and if I then happen to change the camera angle, the cone of the drill gets dislodged and turns to the left or right side depending in which direction I turned the camera in that moment when the Rover was bouncing. I had only one drill on the Rover. Also the drill cone disappears behind the clouds. I hope this helps.
  8. This also happens on Steam when using the terrain tool to collect resource and the backpack is full. For me this was fixed with 1.0.9 but is back with 1.0.13.0. Astroneer Resources Drop Through Floor_Medium.mp4
  9. Summary: 1.0.9.0 – Steam – Resources disappear after a save is loaded Description: When resources like Astronium or Malachite are unearthed with the Terrain Tool, but the resource nodes are not collected with the Terrain Tools into resource “bubbles”, but instead are left in place, then the game is saved and closed. Once back in the game and the prior save game is loaded, all player unearthed resources nodes are gone (despawned). Platform: Steam / XBox One / Windows 10 Store Version / Build Number: 1.0.9.0
