  1. This is what you sign up for when you play an Early Access game.
  2. It actually still happens but so far I've only encountered it when I was very deep down in a rather big cave.
  3. Summary 1.0.7 - Windows 8.1/Steam - Vehicles are unusually fast Description After the 1.0.7 update my vehicles (a buggy and a tractor) are a lot faster than they used to be. So fast, in fact, that it's almost a bit tricky to control them. Platform Windows 8.1/Steam Version 1.0.7 Specifications OS: Windows 8.1 CPU: Intel Core i5 4210U GPU: AMD Radeon R7 M260 RAM: 8GB
  4. If you don't mind the spelunking you might find it in a cave below.
  5. For me it seems to get worse the steeper the angle I use for excavating.
  6. I've noticed the same issue. It's especially noticeable with the thermal vents. They're always in the wrong position: back when it should be in front, left when it should be on the right.
  7. The chance of you phasing through the ground also increases when the terrain tool stutters, which makes this is even more annoying.
  8. Right now it is but was it on Feb 6? Also, the sale ends in 33 hours so after that it's full price again.
  9. Is it on sale? No? Then the regular price is the full price for the product.
  10. This is commonly called a "release candidate" and it's not something you sell as a released product for full price to consumers.
  11. Oh! I was wondering why I haven't experienced any storms. Was actually missing them.
  12. Summary 1.0.4 - Windows 8.1/Steam - Buggy sinking through the ground while driving Description I've seen bug reports about the vehicles sinking while excavating next to them but last night my buggy did something different: it sank through the ground while I was driving. Then it fell deep down into the planet and got stuck in a wall so I had to exit it. Upon exit I shot straight up through the planet, high into the air and fell to my death. So that was fun. Platform Windows 8.1/Steam Version 1.0.4 Specifications OS: Windows 8.1 CPU: Intel Core i5 4210U GPU: AMD Radeon R7 M260 RAM: 8GB
  13. Ah yes, that would work. A dedicated autosave slot per game as well s the manual save.
  14. I'm expecting these major things not to be put into a full release on a very short time frame without adequate testing. When you're a small team with a game on EA, your EA users is an integral part of your QA process, even more so when you're putting a lot of big features in at a very quick pace. I understand the reasoning behind wanting to keep some of these things under wraps but in hindsight I think it was a misstep to release the full game at this time, in this state. I got this gifted to me in EA so I don't mind waiting for things to get fixed. Had I bought it as a released game at full price though? Yeah, I'd be disappointed. Fortunately it's not a disaster yet. The situation can be salvaged if ll the major issues (terrain clip, broken gates, launching into space, the terrain tool on steam etc) are addressed quickly.
  15. At the state the game currently is in, I'm actually happy it doesn't autosave. Wouldn't be fun of it autosaved while you where clipping through the terrain and bouncing around.
