I can't read this language sadly, but the title got me excited. I love the idea of short range jet packs, probably as a high tier item and very power/fuel hungry, but just right for escaping a cave you've just fallen into or crossing a canyon.

Apart from anything it would be fun and would look good - which is what it's all about.

I didn't use translation, but by the title you must be suggesting a Hydrazine-powered Jetpack

EDIT: woohoo, some guy posted a comment the same time I do

    Translation of initial post:

A good time, dear developers, I propose to add to the game pack, which was opened by means of research and hydrazine fuel used to it. In addition, at your request may be, to make fuel tanks on the sides of the backpack, and the engines were installed, where the bottom of the backpack. This idea will be useful for the study of the planet, for the study of mountains

I noticed today when I was searching for research items off of spaceships and I came across a towering solar panel with the connector on the end.  Then when the sun came up, as I was leaving, that the connector had the yellow power bars blinking like it was generating power.  Is it possible to drag this thing home, or bring up a habitat and connect the two together and use it for a power source?

Or if you prefer I can just tell you here. You need a winch first of all, to drag the solar panel. To have it power your base you need to connect it via a vehicle; I use rovers.

All true. But asfaik it doesn't provide large amounts of power....yet.....

    Hi @Cefeiko

I don't speak Russian, but from the translation I can make out that you are suggesting Gremlins (great movie, well at least the first one :)) appear occasionally and chew through your tethers.

Oh my. That would be most frustrating. I'm not sure I like that idea as you already have to deal with other troll gamers disconnecting your tethers while you're wandering about deep inside a cave.

I guess if you just didn't feed them after midnight it would be ok :D

Well. Curious, semi intelligent fauna could find the bits and bobs we retrieve from the planets surface quite captivating. It's not outside the realm of possibility that they would take to collecting these. Much to the annoyance of our friendly neighborhood Astroneer :D

Yes,I found seeds..which was in suggestion section.... But they're not being used like the suggestion addressed.... Great patch... BUT... What are the seeds?!?!?! Who knows how to use them???

You drop them on the ground, they sink a bit and then rapidly grow into another spiker. I'm assuming there may come a time when they are needed for protection or food.

If you built a really, really long, steep ramp and attached one to a truck, could you launch it (and you) into orbit?

It's not really all that powerful. I put a seat on it and tried firing myself into space but had a failure to launch.

It's highly unlikely the Xbox 360 will be able to fulfill the hardware requirements for Astroneer. It just lacks the power for that and trying to optimize it for it would be an enormous amount of work (assuming it's even possible).

Isn't Microsoft going to stop supporting Xbox 360 after a certain time as well?
