  1. The ability to toggle whether or not a piece of equipment is locked on to a vehicle or not would be a helpful feature. Every time I drive my rover into a base or drive my rover next to someone else in a rover my solar panel or generator falls off the rover. If the player could easily toggle weather or not they want the equipment on their rover to stay on even if they drive next to a base/rover it would significantly improve play ability.
  2. Why is this game still a complete fail after months? The team has had literal months to work on things and it feels like the game has regressed. Rover Handling I still cannot drive a rover without having it fly into the atmosphere and the time that I do get with the rover on the troposphere is spent trying to flip the rover over because its handling was implemented by a four year old. Crafting & Research Why can I no longer craft a tank or small battery on my backpack? Why was there no on screen notification saying that the way small batteries and tanks can be crafted has been changed? Does System Era know anything about game design? I can understand a lack of tutorials for pre alpha games but the communication of the games mechanics to the player is nonexistent. There at a minimum should be a visual menu that accompanies the tiers of research and what has and has not been researched in each tier. I have researched countless parts/rocks/plants and still cannot build a small tank or small battery. There was even a time on my current save (7/10/2017) that I could build small batteries and the ability has since been removed. The research system is disgustingly broken. The fact that I can get anything from a single compound to the research behind a habitat from research components is just flat out terrible game design. Spending half an hour excavating and bringing back a research part only for it to yield compound is nothing short of insulting. How come when I scroll through the vehicle bay options sometimes a large rover will show up even though I have not researched it? What can I do to actually get the large rover researched so it will show up in the vehicle bay every time and not just when the game bugs in my favor? Still cannot build a large rover/truck after hours of researching. Co-op How come when I join another host I can only see structures built on Terran? Structures built on literally every other terrestrial object (moons and other planets) can only be seen by the host. The cooperative tag should be removed from this game on the steam store because co-op in this game is disgraceful and simply cannot work if what is being built is invisible to me…how lame Review Maybe this game is a huge mess of physics and making changes is harder than I could ever imagine so not fixing things like the rover handling or seems in the map can be understood but structure visibility is another story. I do not know what could be so complex about making all structures visible for all players across the whole solar system. Is this something as simple as changing a visibility Boolean? What complex unsolvable algorithms could be behind something as simple as making a skin/texture visible to all the players? I know people are working on the game and it looks like System Era is a growing company but this game feels unchanged from its December release? Are the people working on the game too busy to finish it? What a pathetic display for game development industry as a hole. I apologize for my terrible attitude but my friends and I feel like we wasted our money on a half-baked game that will not see completion within any relevant time frame.

  4. When I join my friends solar system and go to other planets with them I can't see any of the structures that have been built there. We all play on the same WiFi and we are all tethered in. We are all playing through steam on PC's
  5. Just an idea for expanding the game. It would be cool if eventually the player could leave the original solar system. Every solar system could be procedurally generated from scratch or preset ones could be built as the original solar system was (where the planets names and general characteristics are predetermined, only the landscape changes). The intergalactic travel should only become available after the player: 1. Builds a telescope (something that would have to be added to the game) *telescope could be built on a table and should also be able to be placed on vehicles 2. Uses the telescope to locate a deep sky solar system. *the telescope could also provide players the opportunity to drive around and hunt the night sky for nebulas, star clusters, etc. (which would also have to be designed and put into the night sky preferably with accompanying achievements for finding certain deep sky objects). This could serve as side objective for astronomy enthusiasts although it could be out of the games scope. 3. Builds an intergalactic space shuttle (ISS) *The ISS would ideally be a robust space ship that extends into the sky like an actual rocket. For it be effectively capable for intergalactic travel it would have to have ample storage and be able to house specialized tables such as the printer or research table. It could even provide an interior location for the player to play in while the ship is in rout to the new solar system. This could serve as DLC for the game and would provide a way of introducing new elements to the game.

    Rover flys into orbit by simply driving

    Common issue for me also. Also my rover flips over very frequently and I have to get out and spam tab in order to flip it back to the right orientation.

I played the game a lot when it released last winter but when my friends and I realized we couldn't really enjoy the co-operative experience on foreign planets we all stopped playing. After seeing the game had recieved an update I convinced my friends get back in the game and to reach another planet but was disappointed to see that it is still only the host who can see structures built on foreign planets. I am wondering why this issue still hasn't bend fixed after all this time. I understand game development is a lengthy process but this is a huge feature of the game that should have been prioritized into the first update of the game. One of the biggest things the game has going for it is the co-op and it is still completely unfunctional after months. Please fix so I can enjoy this beautiful game. clear skies!
