  1. Before the latest two patches to be released to Steam's beta branch tonight, I was having stutters and drops to 1 FPS. Now, the drops aren't as prevalent, but the stutter is still a constant 1-2 second issue. Within a range of 1-5 minutes, the game will freeze solid and not recover, requiring task manager to close. Various boot upgrades actually wouldn't be that bad. Imagine some skate or ski attachments that allow you to slide up and down slopes for faster movement at the cost of stability.
  4. Can confirm that the game's performance was not improved on my machine by the latest patch. 5. I would like to test how the Windows Store client behaves in coop if you'd like to assist, Blindleader.
  6. I am one of the users on Steam affected by the catastrophic AMD frame drops. I had tried the demo on the Windows 10 Store earlier on and it ran buttery smooth in comparison to the Steam release. Out of curiosity, I decided to purchase the game a second time on Windows Store to see how the performance compared between the clients. The Steam client hitches every second on average, dropping from 60 FPS to 10 or less for a few seconds at a time, eventually and ultimately resulting in a game crashing freeze. The Windows Store client runs smooth at 60 FPS with no freezing or frame hitches during normal starting gameplay. It's my hope that System Era will be able to use this information to help pinpoint the issue with the Steam client. My speccy info: Operating System Windows 10 Home 64-bit CPU AMD FX-4300 66 °C Vishera 32nm Technology RAM 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (11-11-11-28) Motherboard MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) (MS-7641) (CPU1) 64 °C Graphics SAMSUNG (1366x768@60Hz) ASUS VS197 (1366x768@60Hz) 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (ASUStek Computer Inc) 57 °C Storage 119GB Samsung SSD 840 PRO Series ATA Device (SSD) 27 °C 931GB Seagate BUP Slim BK SCSI Disk Device (USB (SATA)) 33 °C Optical Drives HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NSB0 ATA Device Audio NVIDIA High Definition Audio
  7. I feel like the game could use a more versatile means for climbing and vertical descents, such as rapelling, perhaps, a la Rainbow Six: Seige. Just toss your rope at a target and then climb, descend, or release. Would make traversing player construction sites a lot easier for "big builds" as well as open new paths up mountains and in caves.
