    [Merged] Vehicle Issues

When I thought I've seen all the vehicle bugs... my truck got sent to an orbit and stuck there... as usual. What's new in this one is that it got split in two parts yet still remained connected to its back on the other side of the moon. Naturally I went on a rescue mission to bring back physics that would put it back to the surface. Also, when trying to dig through the moon trying to find the other end of my rover the connection snapped at some point. Attached: video of those glitches and the rescue mission. [Merged] Vehicle Issues

I've played this game for 10 hours already and - as there's not much to do at that point - I find rover rescue missions the only fun now. There should be some "force physics" option for the time it's in pre-alpha that would bring that vehicles back to the ground. Other option is to get some tethers or oxygene and build up. After that (you bring back that rover) save and reload. Most od the time it will stop acting weird.

That's more of a "I want to confirm that..." post. My truck and a rover went nuts on the moon. It doesn't matter if it's loaded with something or not. Getting inside of them just make them glitch. It would be fun to use the truck to fly to other planets There's also "Things to do" potential for it - truck rodeo. You launch yourself in the air, exit your vehicle and try to enter it mid-air. YouTube video attached: Things to do - ASTRONEER - Space rodeo Another bug in this video would be surviving huge drop (starts at 5:20).

On the other hand in FAQ you can read: ... which is not great news. I hope it will change soon.

Would be happy to join that translation team and help. That "Compound" one really grinds my gears...
