I'm experiencing the very same issue, luckily it is pretty easy to solve it - simply save the game and re-load your save. Takes 30 seconds and all of the mentioned modules turn back to normal - until they patch it, I guess it's the only way to go.

Hello there, I've just recently came back to the game (last time I've played Astroneer was ~2017/18) and found out that there were some sweet customizations to be unlocked by playing etc. Will there ever exist a possibility for me to unlock palettes like sunset/sunrise, despite not playing during summer 2019?
